§1 General Provisions

  1. This document defines the rules for using the website available at https://ghgreduction.eu/ (the “Website”).

  2. The Website is operated by GHG REDUCTION STRATEGIES (the “Service Provider”).

  3. The Website is intended exclusively for business entities (B2B model).

§2 Electronic Services

  1. The Service Provider provides a free electronic service in the form of a Contact Form, allowing users to send messages to the Service Provider.

  2. The service is concluded for a definite period when the user starts filling out the form and terminated when the message is sent or the user leaves the form page.

§3 Technical Requirements

To use the Website, the User needs:

  • A device with Internet access.

  • A standard web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

  • An active e-mail address.

§4 User Obligations

  1. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practices.

  2. It is forbidden to provide content of an unlawful nature, e.g., spam or content that violates the personal rights of third parties.

§5 Complaints and Liability

  1. Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website should be sent to: info@ghgreduction.eu. The Service Provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

  2. The Service Provider’s liability towards Users who are not consumers (B2B) is limited to intentional damage only.

  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability for lost profits (lucrum cessans) is excluded.

§6 Final Provisions

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Service for important technical or legal reasons.

  2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered office.

  3. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
